米格-25“狐蝠”（Mig-25 Foxbat）是苏联在1960年代研制部署的一种高空高速战斗机，是世界上第一种速度超过3马赫的战斗机，在冷战时期曾出口过叙利亚、伊拉克、印度等国家，至今仍活跃在这些国家的空军。
米格-25的研制主要是为了对付美国的研发中的XB-70轰炸机与A-12/SR-71“黑鸟”高空高速侦察机，这种侦察机的最高速度同样达到3马赫，普通的截击机根本无法追上更遑论跟踪监视拦截，只有米格-25可以轻松的尾随在SR-71的后面随时监视其航向，并在其有不轨举动时提出警告。
米格－25现有4种型号：A型为截击型，B型为侦察型，C型为教练型，D型为电子对抗型。

“闪电”(Lightning)是英国航空工业自行设计并制造过的唯一一种二倍音速飞行的双发单座喷气战斗机，从研制到正式配备部队大致经历了10年的时间。
“闪电”飞机最先是由英国电气公司以纯粹的超音速研究机开始设计研制的，后来又以P-1的代号转为实用型超音速战斗机投入进一步的开发。它的最大设计特点是在后机身内使两台埃汶喷气发动机别出心裁地呈上下重叠安装(上部一台更靠前一些，而且驾驶舱则“骑”在贯通机身的进气道之上)。该机采用机头进气，在后来战斗机型的圆形进气口中央有一个内装火控雷达的固定式调节锥。该机的机翼设计也很独特：前缘后掠60

背景资料:
米格—21，是蜚声四海的著名战斗机，由前苏联米高扬设计集团于1953年秋天研制成功，前批量生产型试制机为Ye-6，原型机试飞于1955年，1956年确定批量生产，1958年开始在苏军中服役，至少生产了5000架。
MiG-21共生产了四代，有大约20种不同的型号，其生产总制造数快要突破1万5000架。目前全世界仍有超过2000架正在服役。有最长寿的战斗机之称。
